In 2006 CFE invested HK$ 30 million in establishing limited company with Finland producing ambulance car.

In 2005 CFE acquired Sichuan Fire Safety Appliances Factory at a consideration of approximately HK$100 million.

In 2005 Wan Sent (China) Technology Ltd. Corp. was acquired by CFE in Beijing at HK$100 million.

In 2004 51% of Beijing Chongzheng’s equity was acquired by CFE at 10 million Yuan amount of money.   In 2004, with 20 million Yuan of investment, CFE purchased the 51% stock holds of Jiangxi Sheng’an Public Safety Info-Tech Co., Ltd.   In Jan 2003 passed the “ISO9001-9002 Quality Management System Certification” by the China Fang Yuan Certification Committee.   In October 2002 Fujian Wanyou Fire Science and Technology Company Limited built a new manufacturing plant in Mawei.   In August 2002, at Hong Kong Stock Exchange, CFE became China first listed fire fighting enterprise.   Obtained Class I Certificate for contractors of professional fire prevention and fighting systems installation from the Ministry of Construction and Ministry of Public Security.   In May 2002 Wanyou’s emergency lighting was certified meeting UL safety standard, issued by the US UL Laboratory.   In Apr 2002 the emergency lightings obtained the CE certificate to meet the European quality standard.
