With four manu-facturing bases in China, it has been providing a great variety of fire safety equipments for both manufactured and imported, installation, maintenance and monitoring center services. A、Distribution of CFE’s manufacturing bases

Western China – Sichuan
    Specialization: Fire Trucks, Fire Extinguishing Systems and Installation Services.
    Sichuan Fire Safety Appliances Factory was established in 1963. It was operated by the Ministry of Public Security and is the largest enterprise in the western part of China that possess the “Fire Prevention and Fighting System Installation Permit” and Class I certificate. Its products includes fire trucks, water fire extinguishing systems, gas fire extinguishing systems and digital fire fighting cannons. In 2005, CFE invested approximately HK$100 million to acquire Sichuan Fire Safety Appliances Factory. And in 2006, CFE had planned to invest an additional RMB200 million to build the biggest modernized production base in Chengdu with a new workshop as vast as 180,000 sq.m.

Southern China – Fujian
    Specialization: Electronic Fire Safety Equipment and Installation Services
    Wanyou Fire Science and Technology Co., Ltd. that produce emergency light-ings was founded in 1993 and had 16 national patents for their products. More-over the products also had obtained UL Attestation, CE Attestation and met the ISO quality standards. Some of them had already been exported to countries such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia. Wanyou had a great variety of products that were suitable for various needs and was the largest manufacturer of emer-gency lightings approved by the Ministry of Public Security. Since the invest-ment of CFE in 2003 in Fuzhou, it had become a wholly foreign owned enterprise and changed its name to Clusafe Control Equipment Limited. The company is mai-nly engage in automated fire alarm systems, fire detectors, communication equi-pment and other electronic fire equipment.

Northern China – Beijing
    Specialization: Monitoring Centers Management Office
    CFE’s monitoring system is approved by the Ministry of Public Security on 17 March 2006 and recognized as CFE’s intellectual property. CFE is the only enterprise at the moment that had obtained the state’s approval and recommend-ation. In addition, CFE is the only enterprise which has the technologies to implement a national intranet monitoring system.

Eastern China – Shanghai
    Specialization: Special Fire Safety Equipment, Industrial Fire Fighting Equipment and Technology Development Center
    Shanghai Pudong Special Fire Equipment Co. Ltd. is jointly invested by CFE and Shanghai Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security company, to engage in manufacturing, maintaining and importing special fire equipment for large-scale industrial use.

Hongkong –International Trade
    Hongkong Tung Shing Trade Development Company
    A highly recognized supplier of imported fire safety equipment in China and is one of the suppliers registered in the Fire Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security and the government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Serve as agents of more than 5,000 varieties of fire safety equipment that are manu-factured by 41 world-class companies from 13 countries such as Germany, USA, UK, Finland, Japan, Sweden, Norway, Holland, Italy and South Korea. And offer products of the most advanced technologies and highest quality for fire fighting, emergency and rescue in various fields and environments.
