In recent years, CFE has gradually set up an open and fair competition and employment mechanism, using “open enrollment, openly examined, and left-strong-candidates-to-compete-for-the-job-post” method. CFE gives a lot of attention on talents recruitment by using open employment to attract high talent-ed people.
